Sara Bonini Baraldi
PhD in Management, is Associate Professor at the Interuniversity Department of Regional and Urban Studies and Planning, University and Polytechnic school of Turin (Italy). From 2006 to 20017 she has been assistant professor at the Management Department, University of Bologna where she taught for GIOCA, the international Graduate Degree in Innovation of Culture and the Art that she directed from 2015-2017. From 2012 she is founder and co-coordinator of the GIOCA research group, realizing several research projects on the management of cultural heritage at the international level (in Italy, France, China, Turkey and Poland). From 2014 she is professor for the Master “World Heritage and Cultural Projects for Development ” , organized by University of Torino, the International Training Centre of the ILO, and UNESCO World Heritage Centre). She has also been visiting professor at the Institut d’études Européennes, master in Politique et gestion de la culture en Europe, Universitè Paris 8, Sain-Denis (France) and the Wrocklaw University of Economics (Poland). In 2015 and 2016 she has been consultant-researcher for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the Italian Cultural Ministry for the project ACTORS (Cultural attractors for tourism and employment in Southern Regions). Her research interests concern the reform of public administration in the heritage field, the evolution of cultural professions and the relationship between art, culture and the territory.
